Product Descriptions

All item measurements and descriptions are as accurate as possible, however, due to the handmade nature of each product slight variations and differences may occasionally occur .

Bespoke Orders and design process

As part of our design ethos we strive to choose the best quality of unusual, unique gemstones and natural materials. Naturally occuring materials are of limited supply, as such we will try our best to match the aesthetic of an existing gemstone. However, size, shape and colour of all natural materials will vary between orders. If you have any concerns, please get in touch for a free of charge personalised consultation and gemstone viewing.

We work hard to make unique limited edition and one of a kind pieces. Due to the organic nature of some of the design processes and techniques used, the look and size of design may vary slightly from some images.

 Delivery Information

Most items which are in stock can be delivered to the U.K within 3-5 days. Most made to order and bespoke pieces can be delivered in 2-6 weeks . Please let us know if you do have a specific deadline and we will do our very best to help you meet it.

 UK Delivery is by tracked and signed for Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If you require a same day courier or have a query regarding International delivery costs/times please contact us info@laurangyou.co.uk

For International shipments, outside of the U.K, customers will be liable for any customs taxes where relevant.


Your jewellery will be sent to you in a presentation box. Please let us know if it is a special occasion and we will be happy to provide extra gift wrapping.

 Return / Refund Policy

When ordering rings, we do our utmost to help you order your correct size. However to allow for surprise gifts and slight adjustments we offer one complementary re-size with all bespoke made to order ( unfortunately not for stock items) ring sales. Any re-sizing after this will be charged accordingly depending on the labour involved and extra required material for the job.

If resizing is required on stock item rings please get in touch for a a quote on resizing and shipping.

Returns are only offered on stock items, which have not been resized, adapted or customised. They must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn carefully boxed in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Stock items can be exchanged for another stock item, or a credit note can be issued. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty. Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on earrings for hygiene reasons and also bespoke made to order pieces, however, the customer has the right to cancel an order at anytime. In this instance any material and labour costs that have been incurred will be payable.

If you believe an item to be faulty, please let us know within 7 days of purchase, providing us with the fault details and the name and contact details of the purchaser. We will be in contact as soon as we can to discuss on how to proceed.


All prices on the website are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT. All quotations are valid for 28 days, however, if there is an unexpected change in price, the customer will be notified before the order proceeds.
