'Abereiddi' refers to a beautiful blue lagoon by an abandoned quarry in Wales where the material for this collection was found. I have combined the sculpted slate with 3000 year old bog oak to evoke feelings of the different terrains of a miniature landscape.

In the collections 'Amanita' and 'Porphyra' I have used and manipulated reclaimed porcelain, experimenting with metal oxides and glazes to create striking colour and texture combinations.

'Oyster' as the name suggests is evocative of the sea worn forms and patterns derived from marine life.
